One-on-One Starting Strength Session– Individualized attention from Chris to learn the complete Starting Strength Method in its entirety. Each session lasts about 90 minutes and includes the teaching of the squat, press, deadlift, bench press, and power clean. After all lifts have been instructed and starting weights have been figured out, Chris also takes time to explain how the trainee can best follow the program and discuss optimal nutritional intake for best performance results. One-on-one SS sessions are best for those who cannot meet with a Starting Strength Coach on a regular basis and wish to do the program on their own to the best of their abilities. Most athletes will have a follow up session bi-weekly or monthly to ensure that their form does not deteriorate while the weight on the bar increases.
Online Programming/Nutritional Consulting– If you are not able to meet with Chris regularly in person but you need some guidance in your programming, nutrition, and form feedback, this is the best option for you. Those athletes that complete a one-on-one SS session can continue working remotely with Lane Strength to ensure best results of strength and nutritional coaching. Weekly check-ins will also be scheduled for optinal program adherence. All questions and concerns will be addressed in less than 24 hours (sooner most of the time).
Group Training– Are you interested in joining a small group barbell class? Do you have a sports team that is interested in training? Group rates are available for those who qualify. Individuals without a group that are interested in joining a small group barbell class by themselves can do so any of the following times:
